Generally, yes. I try my best to pick songs that I think fit with your day and tell the story of your wedding celebration. On occassion, couples will request particular songs to be used. More often than not, however, these are mainstream songs that are near impossible to get copyrighted (without adding some serious £ to your bill). I license my music through www.musicbed.com. Therefore, I have access to all the songs on that platform. If you find songs on there that you love and would like to have included in your film, I will absolutely use them.
I am contractually obliged to deliver all your wedding videos to you within 24 weeks. Normally, however, it doesn't take this long. The length of time you have to wait will largely depend on the time of year you are getting married (April - Sep is busy season). The first video you will receive from me is your teaser film. I always try to get this to couples within a few weeks at the latest.
I own and often use my drone on wedding shoots and am fully licensed to do so. This is not something that I charge extra for. However, it is important to remember that quite often it isn't feasible to get drone shots. This could be due to a number of different factors (e.g. adverse weather, tight timings on the day, wedding venue not permitting drones etc).
This will vary depending on the breakdown of your day. Normally couples will get about 10-12 hours of video coverage. This starts in the morning, where typically I like to get about 1-1.5 hours coverage of bridal prep, to the evening do, where I stay 15 minutes after your first dance in the evening (unless you choose the additional 'post 10pm' feature).
Yes, upon confirming your package choice and signing the contract, you will be prompted to pay a £300 deposit to confirm your booking
Yes. A contract is required to be signed. This works in the best interests of both you, the couple, and me, the videographer. If you would like to see my contract before confirming your booking, please send me an email and I can let you see it.
Absolutely! If you would like to go for a coffee or jump on a zoom call, I would absolutely love that. This gives us a chance to get to know each other better before the big day (The only condition is that you let me pay for the coffee)....
Yes, this is outlined in my contract. In short, as long as you give me 90 days notice you will not be entitled to pay me the remainder of your fee. The exception to this would be in the case that you have to change the date of your wedding due to COVID-19. If I am not available on your new date, I will give you a full refund (including the 25% deposit). Similarly, if due to some unforseen emergency I have to cancel on you last minute and am unable to source a suitable replacement, I am contractually obliged to give you a full refund.
Currently no. I can, however, point you in the direction of some amazing photographers who are both super talented and a joy to work with.
Provided your wedding day is all contained within NI, your travel will be included in the package price you pay. If your wedding is outside of NI, you will incur a small travel fee. This will be agreed up front, however.
